Established in 2008, we have become one of the preferred home inspection companies in the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Lake Wylie areas of North Carolina and South Carolina.  A large reason for our growth is that there are many inspectors that have NEVER built, nor managed, such a complex process as building a quality home. WE HAVE!!!  Bill Boan, President and Inspector of Carolinas Home Inspections, is a licensed NC Home Inspector, a licensed NC Home Builder, and a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. He also holds a SC Home Inspector license as well. He is a 3rd generation homebuilder, having built both custom and volume homes, managed subdivisions, and been actively engaged in the real estate and construction fields for over 25 years.  Having someone who understands how a home is built and understands how the TOTAL HOUSE SYSTEM functions can be EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL to you!
