Dr. Akiba Green is a chiropractic physician who concentrates his practice to the treatment of chronic neurological and metabolic conditions. He has partnered with one of the nation’s leading Chiropractic Neurologists, and author of the best selling book, “What do you do when the medications don’t work”, Dr. Michael L. Johnson.  He has also trained and studied with world renowned specialist, Dr. Datis Kharrazian, author of the book “Why do I still thyroid symptoms, when my lab tests are normal?” He is widely recognized as a leader in the non-drug treatment of thyroid conditions, dizziness, fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, and other chronic pain and chronic metabolic conditions. He has successfully treated thousands of patients suffering from these conditions.

Dr. Green is a practicing chiropractic physician who has been in private practice in Cornelius, NC since 2003.   He received his Bachelors’s degree from the University of Florida in Health Science Education in 1995 and his Doctorate degree in 2003 from Sherman College of Chiropractic.  His clinic, Lake Norman Health and Wellness, is the only health clinic in the Charlotte region that provides Chiropractic care, Spinal Decompression Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, Metabolic Testing and Nutritional Management for Chronic Conditions and Brain Based Neurological Therapy (BBT) under one roof.  He is also an instructor for the Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America in the proper treatment and diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy and other neurological disorders.  His clinics has always been on the cutting edge of the health care industry. Currently, he devotes his practice to treating chronic pain and metabolic disorders.  Dr. Green lives with his lovely wife Alissa and their daughter Addison in Huntersville, NC.  He is active in the community and involved with motor sports as team chiropractor to many race teams.
