Once hired, it’s tough to let an employee go. We design hiring processes for our clients, or we do the process for them if they would prefer that. We are not contingent fee recruiters—we’re consultants who work with our clients’ best interests in mind. Once employees come on board, they need to work with the team. We lead team meetings and retreats for many of our clients. Getting your employees together to share information, brainstorm ideas, and work through problems and opportunities helps to energize your team members and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you need a 2 hour, half day or full day meeting, we can help you plan with the end in mind so that you maximize the return on your investment of time and money. Occasionally, an employee needs individual help with communication or other behavioral issues. We provide one-on-one coaching to help employees be their best. We focus on teaching specific skills that will help the employee overcome challenges or take advantage of opportunities. We call our process “Strike-Force Coaching” because we get in, get down to work on the challenge at hand, and get out. It’s a great way to develop or salvage an employee you’ve invested in. Training is important to your team as well. Most everyone can benefit from improved skills in communication, negotiation, time management, teamwork, creativity and other non-technical areas. We provide in-person or web-based training to keep your team sharp. Assessments are also an important part of our practice. We are experts in the DISC® Assessment tools and use them in all of our processes. We supply them to clients who want to incorporate them into their own hiring, training, coaching and development processes. We also provide personalized 360° assessments built around your company’s evaluation criteria. These are often helpful when you’re hoping to grow and employee – they provide insight into the areas that are doing very well and those that need some attention. People. Performance. Profits.
